User Registration Agreement
Article 1 โ About This Agreement
Welcome to DSF, a global discovery and listing platform for third-party digital products, virtual services, AI tools, templates, design assets and web tools. Users may browse, search and view third-party services, like services, publish third-party services, submit security reports, and access third-party websites through the platform.
This agreement governs the relationship between you and the platform operator. By registering, signing in, publishing, liking, reporting or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this agreement.
Article 2 โ Nature of the Platform
The platform provides: third-party service listings, information organisation, search, categories, discovery, external service links, security risk detection and warnings, security reporting, and likes.
Beyond these, the platform does not: provide third-party services itself; deliver third-party services; participate in transactions between providers and users; collect service fees on behalf of providers; guarantee that third-party services run properly, meet your needs, or remain permanently safe. Third-party services are operated independently by their providers.
Article 3 โ Registration
You may register with a valid email address. Registration may require an email address, a verification code, a username, a password and other necessary account information. You warrant that the information you provide is true, accurate and valid, and that you will not:
- impersonate another person;
- register using someone else's email;
- create bulk or fake accounts that disrupt normal operation;
- use multiple accounts for malicious purposes.
Article 4 โ Email Verification
To reduce spam accounts, malicious registrations, bulk publishing and automated attacks, the platform may require email verification. Verification is used to confirm account control, prevent bot registration, reduce spam accounts, and deliver security notifications. Email verification does not guarantee that an account is absolutely secure.
Article 5 โ Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, verification codes and login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify the platform promptly. The platform is not liable for losses caused by your deliberate disclosure of passwords, verification codes, login links, API keys, third-party accounts, wallet private keys or recovery phrases.
Article 6 โ Publishing Services
Eligible registered users may publish third-party services, including service names, descriptions, images, categories, prices, external links, contact information and tags. When publishing you must hold the legal right to publish the information, and you must not:
- publish malicious, phishing, or malware-download websites;
- publish malicious scripts or credential-stealing pages;
- publish pages that steal private keys or recovery phrases;
- publish services clearly intended for fraud;
- spread malicious code or attempt to bypass platform security checks.
Article 7 โ Responsibility for Third-Party Services
Service publishers bear primary responsibility for the services they list, including authenticity, legality, content, pricing, delivery, customer service, refunds, intellectual property and website operation. The platform is a listing and discovery layer only and, beyond liabilities explicitly imposed by law, does not assume the responsibilities of third-party providers.
Article 8 โ Likes
Registered users may like services. Each account normally holds one valid like per service and may cancel it. The platform may generate rankings from like counts, growth, traffic and other public data. Likes do not represent any platform guarantee of quality, safety, legality or reliability.
Article 9 โ No Comment System
The platform does not provide comments, messages, replies, threaded discussions, user ratings or review systems. Service feedback is handled through likes, security reports and security screening.
Article 10 โ Security Reports
Users who notice possible security risks may use the "Security Report" feature, covering suspected malware, phishing, malicious redirects, malicious downloads, scams, malicious scripts, account or password theft, private-key or recovery-phrase theft, malicious wallet authorisations and other security issues. Security reports are not ordinary commercial complaints: pricing, service-quality and after-sales disputes are generally out of scope.
Article 11 โ Reporting Without Registration
To make reporting easy, the platform may accept reports from unregistered visitors. For anti-abuse, analysis, verification, investigation and protection purposes, the platform may collect the necessary IP address, device and browser information, report time, content and submitted evidence.
Article 12 โ Preventing False Reports
The platform does not permanently ban a service based on a single unverified report. Decisions weigh report volume and sources, scan results, third-party threat intelligence, AI analysis, security history and publisher account risk. Confirmed risks may lead to access restrictions, temporary isolation, delisting, feature limits, account freezing or permanent bans.
Article 13 โ Automated Security Scanning
To protect users, the platform may automatically scan submitted service URLs, including HTTPS, domain, DNS, certificate, URL and redirect checks, malicious-website database lookups, page behaviour analysis, malicious-download analysis and risk analysis. Third-party security services may be used.
Article 14 โ AI Security Analysis
The platform may use AI to help analyse service URLs, page content and structure, screenshots, redirect chains, scan results, history and reports. AI output is only one reference factor and is never treated as absolute fact; final decisions combine technical checks, threat intelligence, AI analysis, historical data, reports and account risk.
Article 15 โ Automated Risk Control
Automated systems may detect malicious URLs and abnormal registration, liking, reporting, publishing and account behaviour. Outcomes may include publishing limits, temporary service isolation, re-verification, feature restrictions or suspended listings. Significant or disputed cases may receive manual review.
Article 16 โ External Websites
The platform contains links to third-party websites; clicking them means leaving the platform. Third-party websites have their own privacy policies, user agreements, cookie policies and payment and service rules, which you must follow. The platform does not control their content or operation.
Article 17 โ External Website Warnings
The platform may display a risk notice before you visit a third-party website. Where a clear risk has been detected, the platform may block access, hide the service, suspend the link, or require explicit confirmation. No automated system can detect every unknown risk โ please continue to heed warnings from your browser, operating system and security software.
Article 18 โ Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the platform to spread viruses, trojans or malicious code; conduct phishing or fraud; steal accounts, passwords, private keys or recovery phrases; distribute illegal content; infringe intellectual property; launch network attacks; bypass platform security measures; manipulate likes; file malicious reports; register accounts in bulk; or disrupt normal operation.
Article 19 โ Enforcement
For violations, the platform may delete content, hide services, restrict publishing, liking or reporting, suspend, freeze or permanently ban accounts. Serious security incidents may be addressed with immediate emergency measures.
Article 20 โ Intellectual Property
When uploading images, text, logos, trademarks, software information or descriptions, you must hold the necessary rights. Upon a valid infringement notice, the platform may hide or delete content, suspend the service, contact the publisher or restrict the account. The platform does not render final judicial judgments in complex IP disputes.
Article 21 โ Accuracy of Listing Information
Publishers must not knowingly provide false pricing, features, capabilities, product information, links or service content. The platform may act against clearly false or misleading information.
Article 22 โ Delisting
Services may be delisted when: a security risk is confirmed; links are dead; platform rules are violated; content is suspected illegal or infringing; the publisher removes the service; risk cannot be confirmed and temporary isolation is needed; or user protection otherwise requires it.
Article 23 โ Restoration
If a service was wrongly flagged or the risk has been fixed, the publisher may request a re-scan. Restoration decisions consider new scan results, security evidence, third-party checks and manual review.
Article 24 โ Account Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time and, within the limits of the law, request account deletion. Where an account is involved in security incidents, illegal or fraud investigations or dispute handling, the platform may retain necessary records as required by law or legitimate interest.
Article 25 โ Amendments
The platform may amend this agreement due to legal, business, security or feature changes. Material amendments will be announced on the website or via account notifications. Continued use of the platform generally constitutes acceptance of the amended agreement.
Article 26 โ Disclaimer
The platform makes reasonable security efforts, but: no internet service is absolutely secure; automated checks cannot detect every unknown attack; AI analysis may produce false positives or negatives; third-party security databases may lag; and third-party websites may change after passing checks. Therefore "no known risks found" never means "absolutely safe".
Article 27 โ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable beyond legal requirements for losses arising from third-party services, including direct transaction losses, quality problems, website failures, account issues, refunds, data breaches or malicious acts of third parties. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Article 28 โ Governing Law
The governing law and dispute resolution mechanism will be determined by the platform operator's place of registration, the user's location and applicable law. Final legal terms will be confirmed with the actual operating entity before public launch.
Article 29 โ Contact
Privacy Policy
Article 1 โ Principles
The platform follows the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation and security. Where the platform offers services to users in the EU/EEA or processes personal data within scope, it fulfils its obligations under the GDPR and other applicable laws.
Article 2 โ Data Controller
Controller details (operating entity, registered address, contact and privacy email) will be published with the final operating entity before public launch. If a data protection officer is required by law, the relevant contact details will be published separately.
Article 3 โ Information We Collect
Account information: email address, username, hashed password, account creation time and login records. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
Publishing information: if you publish a service โ name, description, images, category, price, external URL, tags, contact information, publish and update times.
Like data: user ID, service ID and like time โ used to store like state, count likes, prevent duplicates and prevent manipulation.
Security report information: report content and type, submission time, related URLs, screenshots, evidence, and account information if the reporter is registered; for guest reports, necessary technical information.
Technical information: IP address, hashed or partially processed IP, browser type, operating system, device information and identifiers, access times, page views, error and security logs.
Security-risk information: abnormal logins or registrations, like manipulation, malicious report behaviour, malicious URLs and domains, scan results and account risk states โ used for platform security and abuse prevention.
Article 4 โ Why We Process Data
To provide account services, verify identity, enable publishing, store like state, handle security reports, detect malicious behaviour, protect users, monitor security, prevent spam accounts, like manipulation, false reports and attacks, maintain stability, meet legal obligations, and handle disputes and security incidents. Personal information is not used for unrelated purposes.
Article 5 โ Legal Bases
Depending on the case, processing may rely on: necessity for performing the user agreement; necessity for legal obligations; necessity for legitimate interests of the platform or users; explicit consent; or other lawful bases. The applicable basis may vary by user location, activity, data type and legal requirements.
Article 6 โ Data Minimisation
The platform does not require large amounts of unrelated personal information for registration. In principle, ordinary users are not asked for ID documents, passports or facial information, unless law, payments, anti-fraud or other necessary business requirements provide otherwise.
Article 7 โ IP Addresses and Security Information
IP and related technical information may be processed to prevent attacks, bulk registration, like manipulation and false reports, detect abnormal logins, investigate incidents and protect the platform and users. Where lawful and technically feasible, data may be hashed, anonymised, pseudonymised or aggregated. Note that pseudonymised data may still qualify as personal data in some cases.
Article 8 โ Cookies
The platform may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, saving necessary settings, maintaining sessions, security verification, attack prevention and usage statistics. It does not collect information beyond what is necessary via cookies unless applicable law requires and obtains your consent.
Article 9 โ Third-Party Services
To operate the platform, third-party providers may be used, for example cloud servers, databases, authentication, email, security scanning, AI analysis, web analytics and file storage. These providers may process necessary data when delivering services; the platform makes reasonable efforts to select providers with appropriate security measures.
Article 10 โ Security Scanning Services
Service URLs, domains and necessary technical information may be submitted to third-party security scanning services to detect malicious websites, phishing and malicious URLs and to analyse risks. Unnecessary personal information is not submitted for scanning purposes.
Article 11 โ AI Services
Third-party AI services may assist security analysis of URLs, domains, public page content and structure, screenshots, redirects, scan results, historical risk information and reports. AI is used for risk identification, content analysis and anomaly detection. Unnecessary personally identifiable information is avoided when sending data to AI services.
Article 12 โ Automated Processing
Automated systems may analyse account, like and report behaviour, service URLs and security risks. Outcomes may include re-verification, feature restrictions, temporary service isolation, delisting or account risk-level changes. Where applicable law grants rights regarding automated decisions, the platform provides the mechanisms required by that law.
Article 13 โ Data Recipients
Where necessary, data may be processed by cloud, database, authentication, email, security-scanning, AI and technical maintenance providers, as well as legal, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities. The platform does not sell users' personal information as an ordinary data commodity.
Article 14 โ Cross-Border Transfers
As a global platform using cloud, database, security and AI services located in different countries or regions, user data may be transferred across borders or processed by providers in other regions. The platform applies necessary safeguards under applicable law, including specific transfer mechanisms where the GDPR or other laws require them.
Article 15 โ Retention
Personal information is not kept indefinitely. Account data is retained while the account exists and handled per law and security needs after deletion; like data is retained while the account or service relationship exists or per data lifecycle rules; report data per investigations, disputes and law; security logs per risk and legal requirements; data related to legal matters, investigations or incidents as long as necessary.
Article 16 โ Your Data Protection Rights
Within the scope of applicable law, you may have rights of information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. Conditions and statutory exceptions may apply.
Article 17 โ Deleting Personal Data
You may request deletion via account settings, the privacy page or by contacting the platform. Where law requires continued retention (for example security or fraud investigations, legal obligations, disputes or law-enforcement requirements), the platform may retain data for the required period, after which data is deleted or anonymised per applicable lifecycle rules.
Article 18 โ Rectification
If your email, username, profile or other account information is incorrect, you may request correction; the platform will handle requests within legally required time limits.
Article 19 โ Data Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption, access control, database permission isolation, password hashing, API permission management, logs, anomaly detection, backups, monitoring and least privilege. However, no internet service is absolutely secure: the platform cannot guarantee that systems will never be attacked, that data will never leak, or that third-party services will never have security issues.
Article 20 โ Data Breach Incidents
Where a data security incident covered by applicable law occurs, the platform will investigate, take remedial measures, reduce risk, and where necessary notify supervisory authorities and affected users.
Article 21 โ Children's Privacy
The platform is intended for users eligible to use it. Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent below a certain age, the platform follows that law. If children's data is found to have been collected without proper authorisation, it will be deleted or otherwise handled under applicable law.
Article 22 โ Privacy on Third-Party Websites
Third-party listings may link to external websites. After leaving the platform, the privacy policy, cookie practices, data collection and account and payment rules of those websites apply. Please read their policies.
Article 23 โ Information You Publish
When you publish a service, your username or provider name, service name, description, images, category, price, external link, like count and timestamps may be displayed publicly. Do not include ID or passport numbers, home addresses, bank card details, passwords, API keys, private keys, recovery phrases or other sensitive personal information in public descriptions.
Article 24 โ Reporter Privacy
The platform minimises exposure of reporter identity. Ordinary service pages do not show reporters' names, emails, IP addresses or device information. Report data is used for security investigation, risk detection and platform security management, and may be disclosed to regulators, courts or other authorised bodies where the law requires.
Article 25 โ What Stays Non-Public
Publicly shown data is limited to what users publish intentionally. The platform does not make public passwords, login credentials, IP addresses, device fingerprints, internal security logs, internal screening rules, internal risk scores or risk-control models.
Article 26 โ Changes to This Policy
This policy may be amended due to legal, product, data-processing, security or third-party changes. Material changes will be notified through reasonable channels.
Article 27 โ Contact Us
Article 28 โ Complaints to Authorities
If you believe the platform's processing of your personal data violates applicable data-protection law, you may complain to the data-protection authority of your jurisdiction. For users covered by the GDPR, this right is one of the data-subject rights it provides.
Article 29 โ Effective Date
This privacy policy takes effect on 1 September 2026.
